Shipping and Delivery
- We can only deliver products to physical addresses within the borders of the Republic of South Africa.
- Free delivery applies to orders over R500
- Free delivery is limited to a delivery cost of maximum R150 which is adequate for most orders to main centres, should the delivery cost exceed this, we will notify you by email and the balance of the delivery cost will need to be paid to complete the order. Should you opt to not carry the additional delivery charge, the order will be cancelled and the amount paid will be refunded to you.
- We do our utmost to keep our stock on hand levels as real time as possible on the website, but in the unlikely event that an order is placed for a product that is out of stock we will contact you via email within 24 hours and advise of delivery expectation and if not accepted a refund will be processed for the order.
- Our office hours are:
Monday - Friday 08:30 to 16:30
- Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the following business day.
- Standard deliveries will be made within 2 - 6 business days upon acceptance of your order. Note: We make use of third-party couriers and their standard times are as follows:
- The order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from invoice.
- Courier timelines are 24-48 hours for main centres and 72-96 hours for outlying areas.
- Quoted delivery times are a guide only and while Action Pro Sports endeavours to meet the targeted delivery times, from time to time factors beyond our control can result in delayed delivery by third-party couriers.
